・Simulation results are displayed using two tools, Wavebox and Waveform Viewer.
・Analyses based on waveform comparison and simulation results can also be exported in csv format files.
The method for displaying simulation results of the ROHM Solution Simulator is here explained. Those persons who have not read any introductory articles prior to this one should consult “Starting a Simulation Circuit in the ROHM Solution Simulator” to start up the example simulation circuit. The following link can also be used to start the simulation directly. https://www.rohm.com/solutionsimulator/buck_converter_vo250v_io20a
For a quick introduction to methods of operation, please refer to the “Hands-On User’s Manual(PDF)”.
Simulation results can be displayed as signal waveforms at different nodes in the circuit using the Waveform Viewer tool. In addition, analyses comparing waveforms and simulation results can also be exported to a file in csv format.
To display signal waveforms at nodes in the circuit diagram, two tools are used, Wavebox and Waveform Viewer (Fig. 1).
Methods for using each of these tools are explained in the next article.
