What is the switching transfer function?

In this chapter, we will first derive the switching transfer function for the buck mode as a base, and then use the state averaging method to derive a unified transfer function that is not specific to any operating mode, keeping in mind the equations we have derived so far. For this reason, the flow of this chapter is summarized in Figure 1.
Many people may not understand what the state averaging method is when they hear it. However, if you can use it, the transfer function of each converter can be derived by a unified approach.
